I'd like to start
with having you identify with things that have caused you pain, discomfort
and disappointment in the past and which somehow affect you even now.
Then you are going to learn how to let them go from your life so that
they will no longer cause you suffering....
You are going to learn how to free yourself from the dependencies
and attachments that have been limiting you and discover how to release
yourself from past mistakes that have locked you into a recurring
cycle from which there appears to be no escape.
By freeing yourself from these past patterns of behavior you will
be free to begin to become your authentic self.
The goal will be to bring about the desired changes in your life.
As you complete your journey you will be able to assume full responsibility
for your own life.
No longer a victim of circumstances, no longer ruled by 'fate' or
'destiny', no longer the puppet of others.
It's important to examine your own feelings and emotions and let
them guide you. That doesn't mean being controlled by them, but letting
them flow--not holding on to them.
Use what you find to know what to work on, what to heal
and what to let go of. As you begin this process things will begin
to surface on their own. You need only to recognize them by
being aware of your feelings. If something feels bad
You know you are looking at something you need to
work on.....
If someone makes me angry, I go home and I ask myself
why does whatever they said or did make me angry?
I know that it's something in me. It's never about the other
person, it's always something that is inside of you that's the enemy.
It usually has it roots somewhere in you childhood experiences.
Sometimes it's showing you something you don't like about yourself.
The point is unless you do what you can to get to know yourself
you will never figure out what makes you react the way you do,
or feel the way you do, you will never know what to work on.
Just because we feel angry doesn't mean that's who we are.
Our angry self is not our real self.
Does it have to be recognized and worked on? Yes, but only so you can
go beyond it and free yourself from it's limiting effects....
Once you see your anger, you are ready to work on it.
Of course you know I'm just giving examples. Anger may not be your
issue. Find out what your issue or issues are. Ask them to surface
one by one for you so you can work on them.
There are different ways of healing and releasing that I will cover
the ones I know best, as they worked for me in up-coming pages. But it
doesn't mean
that there aren't other ways that you may discover on you own
that you resonate with better.
It doesn't matter what methods you use, it just matters that
you get started. So you can be a part of these exciting times
when we are all raising our vibrations to be in harmony with the
Ascension Process......
