A Voice In The Night: Where Her Wild Soul Wanders
It's the late night hours, time for her restless soul to wander....
Walking the streets and alleyways of the underworld...

knows how different things are during those late night hours...Night
Consciousness is a state in which she is more quickly aware of and
closer to herself...
Closer to all her ideas and feelings that do
not register as much in the daylight hours...a time when she is in the
subconscious realms where the imagination is her friend...
The magikal world where roads can take her to places that the daytime
mind cannot go...roads that it dare not tread...
Her
nighttime mind finds comfort in those places where stories flow from
her so easily and she can escape from what some call reality...
Tonight she wanders back to a time and place slightly familiar....A
place where Darkness Rules...the 'Shadow side of Love'....
A
place where time is an illusion and memories blend into the now...the
now blends into memories of times gone by that often seem lost
forever....
Tonight she feels the flames of her Wild Soul...she remembers a time
when she walked the darker side of life's experience...
the
intoxicating feelings that took her down roads dangerous to tread, but
filled with a temptation so sweet, so exciting....Something her daytime
life sometimes lacks....
She knows that her gift is to journey
through the darkness to better know her soul and bring it back into the
light of the daytime experience....
She knows that understanding the
shadow world is valuable...so she stands at the edge of the darkness
waiting for others who are ready to have the mysteries revealed to
them....lessons both joyous and painful. Intense feelings and
non-ordinary states that will alter their understanding of life and
Love forever...
It is what all hope for as well as fear..It's
neither easy nor painless, but tests one to their very core...What was
meaningful becomes 'strangely emptied of value.' Where ego surrenders
to Spirit when ready for the descent into the underworld
experience...following their longing to find and join with their
beloved by developing their ability to Love....
She slips into
memories of a time when she walked the darker side of life beside a man
she had known for so long and trusted fully...
There was
something about the darker side of life that drew her into it...and
made her abandon her sense of right or wrong, eager to follow along...
Together
they had touched places she had never felt before...A fire began to
consume her, a crazed intoxication took over..It made her want more, to
want to go deeper into the wild streets of the underworld....
The
fire inside her felt exciting....while temptations of all kinds looked
like glitter and sparkles drawing her ever deeper into a world where
her senses had never gone before...Where the underworld, shadow side
deepens life's meaning.
She could feel the fear that keeps most
from going but it faded in the greater desire to see all that she could
see...do all that she could do..desire all that she could desire...feel
all that she could feel and know all that she could know...
Knowing
the Safe, the Comfortable was not enough for her and that their Love
could not be satisfied with only the good without first exploring the
darker side that deepens Loves meaning.
Know when enough is
enough trembled through her body. Could she get lost here forever in
darkness and would it all be worth it tried desparately to cloud her
her heart. Mind trying to bring her back to the shallowness it offered
her. She had gone to far to turn back now. She understood the journey
could be short or it could be long, it could be right or it could be
wrong. Duality blended into the darkness and all became all.
She
felt her sense of herself dissolve until it seemed that she could do
nothing, that it was all moving and happening inside something that was
way beyond anything she really knew or could control. the deeper she
went the more she lost control into a vast unknown void of all that is.
Her Love grew deeper and wider than she could have ever imagined. Her
heart burst with it's power and became stronger able to hold the world
in it and all that was and is...
She knew that her understanding
of Love and Life had been altered forever. In her ascent, all she had
experienced flashed before her tear filled eyes. The tears of deepened
Love made everything appear as if she were swimming in a vast sea.
All
that she had once saw in one way appeared in a different way to her as
she continued to ascend. A hand reached out and her beloved was there
next to her. Joining together as one yet ascending as two they reached
the light, embracing the Shadow as one...with their Love Deepened......
